We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Business Management
In this role, you will:

Cost Management – Work with the Global / Sub-Function / Regional stakeholders to review, confirm, challenge, finalize the yearly FRP budget & forecasts for their respective regions. Continue monitoring targets weekly / monthly / yearly and analyze for anomalies, work on rate card calibration, inflation rate analysis, assisting in cost walks, verifying with Central team on the inputs provided and their impact etc.

Recharges – Perform Financial reconciliation by comparing data of Finance (TM1) vs. Invoicing (DBSMI) vs GSC Billing Data for Risk & Compliance entities. Perform detailed investigation on Inter-company Recharges Reconciliations differences and raise queries as necessary on service catalogue / with concern team. Review of Inter-company Recharges, providing high level commentary for changes / large movements / abnormalities / any other issue. Also take a decision if any invoices need to be retained for Payment, basis the analysis.

Headcount Management – Preparing/reviewing the end of month headcount report with Joiners, Movers & Leavers and supplicate the same to respective stakeholders. Responsibilities also include raising / processing HAT requests.

Monthly Reporting and follow up on Organisation Design principles including Span of Control, Layers, Recruitment, Run the Bank Headcount Models, etc.

Controls Activity – Coordinate review of Controls owned by respective onshore entities, working with respective teams to mitigate / control risks and create / update Helios as required.

Governance, MI & Reporting – Responsibilities include Report / Pack preparation, capturing MI / data and presenting the same to respective stakeholders. These include ExCo / ManCo / OpCo reports which showcase Business performance across Risk & Compliance.

Contingency Support – Update & Review BCP / BIA / BCIM including performing testing of plans refresh bi-annually or as required by onshore regional partners.

Learning & Development Support – Support regional partners in People engagement, Communications, Events, Career and training, well-being agenda, Collation of Training and Travel plans details, etc.
To be successful you will:

Understanding of Directs & Indirect Costs.

Graduate in Commerce with 6+ years’ experience in data analysis / modelling, MI support would be essential.

Excellent business management experience in a large and complex organisation.

Must be proficient in presentation skills and have Advanced level of MS Office tools (Excel, word, PowerPoint, Org Charts etc.) & Visualization / infographics skills.

Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to executives, non-executives, and regulators. Make use of simple language to accommodate globally distributed stakeholders.

Strong Financial background and experience essential, with a deep understanding of different aspects of costs / headcount and re-charges within a global organisation and evidence of delivery in a similar global role.

Ability to distil complex and varied data into information, good process analysis and problem-solving skills.

Perform reconciliation checks on daily basis
