Job Purpose:

The position plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the business strategy to support the company's long-term growth objectives. This individual will drive commercial performance through insightful analysis, strategic planning, and effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop budgets, forecasts, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.

Collaborate closely with BI, Analytics, and Finance teams to maintain consistent KPI definitions, data reliability, and reporting standards.

Develop forecasting models to assess business trends, growth potential, and market evolution.

Ensure alignment of financial goals with the broader commercial and company strategy and monitor key commercial KPIs including revenue, subscriber base, churn and ARPU etc.

Preparation of high-level management presentations such as Monthly Reviews, CEO/CFO Briefings, Half-Yearly and Annual Business Reviews, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.

Coordinate and conduct cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders for project updates and alignment.

Act as the key point of contact between the department and other commercial teams.

Provide actionable insights by analyzing daily activations, revenue trends, subscriber growth, traffic, and churn.

Investigate abnormalities and implement strategies to mitigate deviations from expected performance.

Recommend and implement general process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.

Build comprehensive revenue, subscriber, churn, ARPU, PPGB, and RMS forecasts to support strategic initiatives

Own all end-to-end commercial reporting to China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Group frameworks and support group-driven benchmarking, target setting, and best-practice sharing to enhance Zong’s planning discipline and performance management processes.

Mentor and guide the business planning team in forecasting, modelling, reporting, and advanced analytical skills.
