Job Purpose Overview:
This position is responsible for business development activities including pricing, landbank strategy and monitoring, data analysis, budgeting – all in line with the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and consolidation of regular business reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for Master Development projects.

Analyze project performance against KPIs, budgets, and timelines; highlight variances and propose corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Commercial and feasibility, Development, cost and budgeting, DHRE infra .) to gather accurate and up-to-date data for reporting.

Support feasibility studies, financial models, and business cases for new development opportunities.

Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.

Develop/Co-develop pricing models and proposed pricing for land-bank.

Conduct market research and produce benchmarking analysis to support recommended pricing

Build a database of market benchmarks using internal and external data

Maintain a database of external valuations to assist in informing decision making

Coordinate with Cost Control and Budgeting teams to monitor expenditures, track budget adherence, analyze cost overruns, and forecast future financial needs.

Act as key liaison between master development and Commercial & Strategy on landbank status and availability

Assist in developing land bank strategy

Assist in feasibility analysis and scenario analysis together with the Commercial & Strategy team members

Monitor and track key milestones for development projects and report on progress to senior management.

Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to drive data transparency, improve reporting processes, and support business objectives.

Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with various departments.

Analyze budget proposals, review expenditure patterns, and validate assumptions.

Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight variances with root cause analysis.

Adhere to company policy and procedure and maintain confidentiality of all information.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a similar field (Master’s degree & MRICS is a plus)

Extensive understanding of the UAE real estate market

Good understanding of budgeting and reporting

Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar field

Proficiency of MS Office, Oracle System and Power BI

Strong analytical and numeric skills
-
Problem solving skills.
