As a
manager of business systems on the Customer Experience Services team, you’ll lead a team of six business systems consultants who support projects of all types, sizes, and complexities across the enterprise. Your team maintains business systems by creating personalized, consistent, and brand-relevant content for Progressive customers, delivered electronically and on paper. In this role, you’ll focus on our transactional content management and delivery systems. In addition, you’ll partner with IT, business, and legal teams on strategic and tactical content design system solutions to achieve their business objectives.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.Must-have qualifications-
A minimum of nine years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.) and at least two years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).

Compensation-
$100,100 - $143,000/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
