Manager - CAC South Docs & Review (Retail Karachi Branches)
Responsibilities:
Preparation of charge/security documentation as per terms & conditions of approvals for all types of credit facilities.
To critically review all the charge and security documents along with insurance policies and stock reports and to ensure communicating deficiencies to respective business groups timely.
Issuance of Clean/Conditional DAC/authorizing disbursements after necessary due diligence and completion of all necessary documentation / formalities.
To analyze the request of business groups for release of security / issuance of NOCs (after having necessary approvals & documents) and give proper feedback.
To arrange mortgage, lien on govt. securities, charge registration with SECP in coordination with branches.
To ensure timely submission of updated and error free data on approved formats of MIS for exception reports on monthly basis to Business Unit & CAD HO as per deadline.
Monitoring & management of all insurance policies, stock reports and sanction advice of the customers of all assigned branches and to update status to the business units.
Post disbursement of monitoring of approved conditions as per COM.
Job Specific skills:
A good knowledge of legal, charge & security documentation,
Strong knowledge of credit products and relevant documentation.
Good communication & interpersonal skills, decision making abilities, strong leadership & people management skills, proficient in use of MS office
