What this job involves
Identifying, sourcing, and structuring of quality supply of corporate finance/ debt/ equity transaction deals, together with land deals such as sale, joint development, auctions etc. in the Bangalore market.

Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. with the help of the team. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geography.

Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources.

Leverage existing and new relationships with developers, landowners and corporates particularly focussing on sourcing & origination of deals.

Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding individual targets.

Sound like you? Here is what we’re looking for:
Capital raising (Debt / Equity) background is desired.

Strong number crunching and analytical skills – proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a prerequisite to this position.

Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.

Manage the entire deal process including requirements gathering, structuring, aligning expectations and closing.

Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies.

Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.

Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).

Prior experience in capital markets transactions with complete understanding of real estate transaction practices including knowledge of relevant legal jurisdiction.

Key qualifications
MBA Finance / CA / CFA with 5– 8 years of experience in Investment banking, transaction services (Real estate sector experience will be preferred)
