Manager - Cash & Trade Products

Organization Unit Purpose:

The Transaction Banking Services (TBS) unit is responsible for delivering comprehensive Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance solutions to corporate, government, and financial institution clients. The unit enables clients to optimize liquidity, manage risk, improve working capital efficiency, and streamline payment and trade flows through digital and traditional banking channels. TBS provides an integrated, single-window transactional platform supported by advanced technology, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric service models. The unit works closely with treasury teams and senior finance leaders to deliver innovative financing structures, seamless onboarding, and high-impact digital solutions that enhance client experience, increase product penetration, and support the bank’s growth, profitability, and market leadership objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, enhancement, and commercialization of Cash & Trade products across corporate banking channels.
• Drive product adoption through benchmarking, digital marketing initiatives, and structured sales enablement programs.
• Define UX, digital journeys, and customer engagement models for all client-facing transactional platforms.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, and platform teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of product initiatives.
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and communication strategies aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or Technology.
• Minimum 7–10 years of regional banking experience in Cash Management and Trade Finance products.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking platforms, digital journeys, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in product commercialization, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance within corporate banking.
