Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering & Events Manager to oversee end-to-end catering operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise along with the ability to develop client relationships and expand the catering portfolio across corporate, wedding, and private events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute catering events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to design menus aligned with client requirements, budgets, and dietary needs.
- Supervise catering staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee event logistics including food preparation, transportation, setup, and on-site service.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Address customer feedback and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, wedding, and private event segments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote catering and event services through campaigns, partnerships, and social media.
- Achieve assigned revenue growth targets and expand the catering portfolio.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing abilities.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
