Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager - CCU Shift Management to lead our Control and Command Unit operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of shift management to ensure operational effectiveness, safety, and a world-class guest experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in coordinating communication and incident responses, ensuring that our team operates seamlessly during high-paced and dynamic situations.
- Supervise and manage the operations of the Control and Command Unit during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with all operational protocols.
- Lead a team of CCU staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across shifts.
- Monitor operational activities, analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends and prepare strategic adjustments.
- Act as the primary point of contact during incidents, ensuring prompt responses and effective resolutions, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational procedures, advocating for continuous improvement initiatives based on findings.
- Coordinate briefings and debriefings to align team objectives and share critical information relevant to shift operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents, audits, and operational activities for management review.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to company policies among team members.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure an integrated approach to operations and guest service delivery.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a control or command environment.
