As an associate in the CEO’s Office, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to and drive the strategy-to-execution agenda for the CEO's office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across a diverse set of initiatives and priorities, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and accountability across stakeholders.
Key Expectations:

Work closely with the Chief of Staff in driving the CEO's office agenda (50%)

Help bring things together

Translate the CEO Office priorities and execution outcomes

Drive and contribute to execution on key initiatives as and when needed

Support key firm-level operating process - Firm OKR process, Quarterly, Monthly, and Fortnightly Priorities

Drive the India Management Forum agenda ( 30%)

Prepare clear, outcome-oriented agendas for related operating reviews
-
Review and synthesize content and insights before meetings to maximize effectiveness.

Capture and circulate concise minutes that highlight key discussions and actions.

Track, follow up, and report progress on critical action items

End-to-end support to the CEO during the India travel plans (20%)

Shadow the CEO during India visits - provide end-to-end support to the CEO
-
Own end-to-end design, execution, and support of the agenda. Partner with different stakeholders as needed.

Follow up and track the actions from the visit. Ensure closure and timely updates
