The Manager, Change Enablement leads large scale transformation initiatives and builds sustainable change capabilities across all levels of the organization. The Manager, Change Enablement focuses on the human side of transitions to ensure individuals and teams effectively adapt to new processes, technologies, or structures. In addition, the Manager, Change Enablement helps to develop the organization’s ability to lead future changes.
Responsibilities:

Design the strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

Design and conduct organizational and functional assessments, analyze data, produce and present final reports.

Evaluate the risk of change and provide actionable resistance management guidelines and recommendations on reducing the impact.

Collaborate with internal key partners including broader HR Community to guide initiatives while influencing key outcomes and deliverables including adoption of change

Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications with focus on associate experience.

Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training or development programs and strategy sessions

Assist in the development of change and other strategies, approaches, and interventions; own deliverables associated with the implementation of these strategies.

Actively monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change enablement efforts to ensure alignment with intended outcomes.

Deliver interactive change management workshops for managers, team leaders, and employees at all organizational levels.
Education:
-
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- 3+ years of change management experience leading large scale transformation from conception through implementation

Experience with change management tools and technologies for assessment, communication, and tracking progress

Strong workshop facilitation and adult learning experience with demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences

Prosci certification preferred

Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with key stakeholders and senior leaders across the organization
