Manager Claims - Insurance

• Oversee and streamline the end-to-end claims process to ensure timely, fair, and compliant settlements.
• Lead and mentor the claims team, setting clear KPIs and performance standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal audit guidelines.
• Liaise with clients, legal teams, underwriters, and third-party service providers.
• Analyze claims trends to identify risk areas and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with underwriting, policy servicing, and finance teams for seamless operations.
