Job Title: Manager Client Operations - US Healthcare
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations and meet defined turnaround times (TATs).
- Achieve productivity and adherence targets across all team members.
- Maintain process accuracy and compliance above 98%.
- Ensure timely updates and achieve 90%+ client satisfaction.
- Identify and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Oversee seamless coordination between internal teams and external clinics.
- Maintain optimal staff scheduling and timely documentation updates.
- Supervise accurate and timely insurance and patient onboarding processes.
- Generate periodic performance reports and highlight key operational insights.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management (preferably in BPO or US Healthcare sector).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, healthcare CRMS, and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and compliance.
