Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Rounded marketing operator and strategy crafting (including creative, E2E, growth, innovation. Flywheel integration). E2E (End to End) ownership of the CCTM (Coca-Cola TradeMark) agenda within the market. Operating Unit (OU) category leads will be more focused on LRP (Long-Range Plan) and OU-wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP (Annual Business Plan) creation / operationalization.
