To drive strategic growth by managing internal and external coordination, cultivating long-term client relationships, and identifying new collaboration opportunities. The Manager Collaborations serves as the primary liaison for key accounts, strategic partners, and alliance clients, ensuring seamless operations, high client satisfaction, and successful execution of corporate agreements and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external coordination to ensure smooth operations
- Handle collaboration & alliances clients, key accounts, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Identify and generate new Collaborations, alliances & business.
- Lead negotiations, proposals, contracts, and corporate agreements
- Coordinate corporate events, group bookings, and customized services
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare business and performance reports for KS & TH Sb.
- Any other assignment given anytime by the decision of management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management.
- Proven track record in closing deals, managing key accounts, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; experience with data-driven reporting.
