Here's a summary of responsibilities:
The USOPC is seeking a collaborative and detail oriented commercial product professional to support the delivery of commercial and brand value across key programs. The Manager, Commercial Integration and Impact will help coordinate commercial product delivery strategies, partner activation efforts, and reporting that demonstrates value to internal and external stakeholders. This role will connect workstreams across a complex commercial environment, identify opportunities to enhance value, and contribute to continuous improvement within the commercial cycle.
The Manager will support the Center of Excellence that develops and delivers customized impact materials for partner organizations, helps maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and provides services that enable commercial program owners to create value and operate efficiently. This position will work closely with sales leads and the Asset Development & Impact team to help ensure a smooth transition from packaging and sell in to execution so expectations are clear, value is realized, and insights are captured for future activations.
Here’s how you’ll have an impact:Product Integration & Value Delivery-
Manage day-to-day delivery of commercial partnership programs from planning through execution, ensuring timely and effective activation across all touchpoints.

Translate partner objectives and contract deliverables into detailed activation plans, timelines, and tracking tools.

Collaborate with internal functions and external agencies to manage asset delivery, creative approvals, and fulfillment of contractual rights.

Develop partner reporting, KPI dashboards, and value summaries that quantify and communicate program impact.

Partner with Director for budget planning and ongoing budget management for assigned programs; track spend, reconcile costs, and ensure fiscal accountability.
Partnership Activation & Relationship Management-
Collaborate with USOPP (U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Properties) counterparts and USOPC Asset Development & Impact team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to execution, with clear understanding of partner objectives and deliverables.

Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry collaborators, fostering positive relationships and ensuring alignment on execution.

Manage contracts, facilitate rights acquisition, and ensure compliance with deal terms for third parties, including partners, NGBs, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate contract development, execution, and payments with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with USOPC guidelines. Develop guidelines and ensure enforcement of agreed-upon standards.

Identify partnership opportunities to bolster commercial programs, lead co-creation workshops to align interests, and manage stakeholder working groups that inspire collective action.

Troubleshoot activation challenges, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain partner satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.

Support co-creation of partner activations by facilitating brainstorming sessions and ensuring creative alignment with Team USA brand standards.
Program Management-
Manage integrated project plans, ensuring alignment of internal and external stakeholders against shared timelines and milestones.

Implement and maintain shared tools, templates, and operational processes for efficient execution.

Track and communicate progress to Director and key stakeholders, ensuring proactive management of deliverables and deadlines.

Capture best practices, insights, and performance learnings to continuously improve delivery processes.

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
5+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship activation, or commercial operations—ideally in professional sports, entertainment, or major event environments.

Experience managing multiple partner programs simultaneously in a complex, matrixed organization.

Demonstrated success translating strategy into execution and driving measurable results.

Proven track record activating sponsorship assets and platforms that drive revenue growth and deliver measurable impact.

Strong background in storytelling through data; transforming insights into compelling narratives for executive and partner audiences.

Strong proficiency in budget management, including revenue and expense projections.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder and partners.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service orientation.

Hiring pay range $76,000 - $85,000 per year

This Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.

Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 15% target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.
