Key Accountabilities
- Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer & operational KPIs.
- Extend segment yearly budgets +2 years (Business plan) aligned with EITC strategy.
- Identify areas of automation which minimize daily/weekly/monthly operational work.
- Review weekly and monthly performance review with scorecard holders.
- Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target as well as root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs.
- Raise performance risks and business opportunities in time to support target fulfillment
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Identify trends, advise and recommend actions based on thorough analysis.
Qualifications, experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance / Business Management
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in analysis, reporting roles (preferably in telecom industry)
- Good understanding of planning, budgeting, business in telco
