Manager - Content Delivery

Overview

Work with wider team and client to handle day-to-day operations of client’s social activity.

Key responsibilities include gathering insights to supercharge social ideas, recommending and managing social activity (and calendar) and delivering best-in-class social content

Responsibilities

Technical & Product

  • Write, edit, and proofread content (captions) in both Arabic and English
  • Vary copywriting voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by industry, target audience, social platform, and objective
  • Publish content across different social media channels
  • Set up social listening monitors & conduct regular social listening exercises
  • Perform quality assurance of community management and provide recommendations to client to improve community management response
  • Create monthly competitive reports by monitoring social media activity of competition
  • Track social content performance on the different channels and formulate monthly reports
  • Assemble creative briefs for creative teams, within social media specifications

  • Engage with client stakeholders on daily basis
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of content and technology trends
  • Execute projects with excellence
  • Maintain positive relationships with all partners and teammates

Innovative & Analytical Mindset

  • Report on and analyse competitor and brand activity
  • Synthesise social sentiment for takeaways on brand perception
  • Suggest ways to leverage latest content and technology trends to clients’ benefit
  • Propose fresh ideas for social content

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years professional experience in similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social listening tools
  • Bi-lingual - Arabic and English fluency is a must
  • Highly computer literate
  • Knowledge of the different social media platforms and post formats
