Manager Content Writing

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Manager – Content Writing to lead our content team in producing high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of content strategy, and the ability to manage a team of writers while ensuring deadlines, quality, and tone of voice are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers to deliver exceptional written materials.

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.

Review, edit, and approve content to ensure clarity, accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns and materials.

Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of blogs, website content, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Research industry trends, competitors, and audience needs to create relevant and impactful content.

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.

Track and analyze content performance metrics, making adjustments to improve engagement and conversions.

Ensure all content adheres to copyright laws, ethical standards, and company guidelines.

Job Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience (5+ years) in content writing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content management systems.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in content marketing for packaging industry.

Familiarity with tools

Knowledge of social media content trends and online audience engagement strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
