Manager - Contracts

Identify Suitable Tenders from Government and private portals and manage end to end tender submission.

Review tender documents ,drawings,BOQ and prepare cost effective tchno commercial bids

Coordinate with design,estimation,procurement and project execution teams for bid preparation

Prepare and submit pre bid queries,attend pre bid meetings and manage clarifications.

Draft,review and negotiate contracts with clients,subcontractors and vendors

Monitor compliance with contractual terms and highlightrf risk or deviations.

Support claims,amendments,and dispute resolution as required.

Maintain tender MIS Reports,track win/loss ratio and update management regularly

Build strong relationships with government agencies,consultants,and EPC stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Contracts: 7 years (Preferred)
