Manager – Control Room

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Control Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle tracking control room. The role involves managing monitoring activities, ensuring quick response to alerts, and coordinating efficiently with technical, support, and field teams. The position also includes handling operations for banking and corporate clients with a strong focus on service quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise control room staff and ensure smooth 24/7 monitoring operations.
• Track fleet activity and ensure timely escalation of incidents.
• Manage shift schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system and device troubleshooting.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on tracking activities and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and staff training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in vehicle tracking, logistics, or control room operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tracking software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shift-based operations.
