Tasks and responsbilities:
Implement the divisional strategy within the designated area of responsibility.
- Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
Set initiatives for the continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures.
Lead and coordinate digitization projects, optimizing and mapping business pro-cesses in digital databases and systems.
Document and implement efficient processes within the company's IT systems.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales performance data, including revenue, pricing, and product margins, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards, presenting insights to sales leaders and senior management.
Examine the cost of sales, including production, distribution, and sales-related costs, to optimize cost structures.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with revenue and profit targets.
Monitor the accuracy of sales forecasts and provide feedback to improve forecast-ing methodologies.
- Customer Profitability & Strategy
Analyze customer profitability by segment or account, providing insights into cus-tomer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling strategies.
Develop and support strategies to enhance customer profitability and business growth.
- Business Partnering & Steering
Act as a business partner in the Long-Term Commitment (LTC) process for the re-spective commercial function.
Develop and refine the steering concept using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Ana-lyze, Improve, Control) cycle for the respective steering aspects.
- Budget Management & Compliance
Adhere to the approved budget, initiating corrective actions for impending and identified variances in coordination with the manager.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations.
