Position: Manager Coordination & Service

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Manager of Coordination & Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all service and coordination activities.

Ensure timely and effective communication between internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders.

Monitor service requests, resolve customer issues, and ensure prompt follow-up.

Prepare reports, track service performance, and implement process improvements.

Coordinate with technical teams for service schedules, installations, and troubleshooting.

Maintain documentation related to service operations, contracts, and customer correspondence.

Lead and train service coordination staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer service management, or a similar role.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with service management systems.
