Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Corporate, B2B & modern trade channels to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals and finalize contracts with clients and institutional partners.
  • Plan and negotiate annual business contracts with International Modern Trade (IMT), Local Modern Trade (LMT) and institutional clients.
  • Develop and implement trade programs to enhance visibility and market share in IMT and LMT channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of agreements, sales orders and recoveries, minimizing overdue accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of proven experience in corporate, B2B sales and modern trade. (preferably in the home appliances industry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
