Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Corporate, B2B & modern trade channels to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals and finalize contracts with clients and institutional partners.
- Plan and negotiate annual business contracts with International Modern Trade (IMT), Local Modern Trade (LMT) and institutional clients.
- Develop and implement trade programs to enhance visibility and market share in IMT and LMT channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of agreements, sales orders and recoveries, minimizing overdue accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of proven experience in corporate, B2B sales and modern trade. (preferably in the home appliances industry)
