Manager - Corporate HR

We are a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to transforming learning experiences through innovation and technology. We are seeking an experienced Corporate HR Manager to lead our HR functions and support our mission of building a high-performance, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and collaborative workforce.
• Manage performance management systems, ensuring continuous feedback, career development, and succession planning.
• Partner with leadership teams to provide HR insights, guidance, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations.
• Drive HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA or Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience, ideally in the EdTech industry or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Skills:
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English (professional proficiency).
• Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
