Job Responsibilities:
Business Development & Deposit Mobilization

Acquire new customers for Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Term Deposits, and other liability products.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual deposit mobilization targets.

Focus on growth of low-cost deposits (CASA).
-
Identify and approach Financial Institution, Education Institutions, IT Companies, Asset Management Cos, Public Organization, SMEs, Traders, and Corporate prospects
-
Generate business through personal networking, referrals, and market visits.
Relationship Management
-
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
-
Regularly meet clients to understand financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
-
Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of queries/complaints.
-
Retain and grow existing deposit portfolio.
Compliance & Risk Management
-
Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal policies.
-
Complete KYC/CDD documentation properly.
-
Monitor accounts for suspicious transactions and report as per AML policies.
-
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
-
Provide regular performance reports to management.

Maintain updated customer database and pipeline reports.
Compliance and Service Quality Culture
-
Ensure compliance of SBP prudential Regulation, KYC (Know your customer), due diligence of all corporate clients.

Ensure discrepancies identified by the Internal / external / regulatory Audits are addressed timely and rectified.

Coordinate to implement service quality standards and efforts for continuous improvement of service quality culture.

Resolve problems, disputes & complaints regarding clients and internal Responsible to provide quality & prompt Customer service to all clients and prepare customer feedback for continues improvement.
Job Specification:
4 to 5 years of relevant experience of banking industry/Preferably Commercial Banks and good knowledge of corporate deposits.
Graduation with preference to higher education levels in commerce BBA/B.COM/ MBA.
Minimum 4 year’s related experience with a large financial institution, preferred in reputable commercial banks.
In-depth knowledge of the SBP regulations and guidelines.
