Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Manager – Corporate Relations.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional from the hospital sector to strengthen corporate partnerships, expand referral networks, enhance patient acquisition, and drive strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with corporate organizations, insurance companies, TPAs, consultants, and referring physicians.
• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships and institutional business opportunities.
• Increase patient referrals through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
• Lead corporate wellness initiatives, health camps, and outreach programs.
• Manage key corporate accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives.
• Achieve revenue and business growth targets through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role within a hospital.
• Hospital experience is mandatory.
• Strong network within the healthcare industry, including corporate organizations, insurance providers, consultants, and referral partners.
• Proven experience in corporate relations, healthcare marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
