Job Opportunity: Manager Corporate Sales

Our client is an officially FBR Licensed Digital Invoicing Integrator—authorized to provide Digital Invoicing Integration services for corporate taxpayers across Pakistan.

Under FBR’s Digital Invoicing mandate, all businesses issuing B2B invoices must integrate with the Digital Invoicing Platform. The company provides advanced API integrations, secure transmission systems, and real-time invoice submission dashboards to enable seamless compliance.

To support aggressive nationwide expansion, we are hiring a dynamic, target-driven, and highly professional Manager Corporate Sales.

Position Overview

The Manager Corporate Sales will lead the sales function, drive nationwide penetration in the corporate sector, and present a highly technical regulatory solution to senior leadership teams.

This is a performance-driven leadership role with full responsibility for pipeline building, conversions, team supervision, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Supervise sales team responsible for generating leads across industries.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and conversion of prospects into qualified leads.

2. Sales Leadership & Conversion

  • Strategically lead the sales staff to convert qualified prospects into active clients.
  • Set monthly targets for self and team in coordination with senior management.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up until client onboarding is complete.

3. Client Engagement & Presentations

  • Deliver professional online and on-site presentations to corporate clients.
  • Train junior staff to improve their presentation and demo capabilities.

4. Commercial Structuring

  • Evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate pricing and integration models.
  • Provide commercial and strategic recommendations to management.

5. Team Management & Reporting

  • Oversee daily follow-ups and ensure monthly KPIs are achieved.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.

6. Additional Duties

  • Execute special tasks/assignments from management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with technical and operations teams for onboarding.

Candidate RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in Corporate Sales.
  • Experience in Tech / SaaS / ERP / Digital Platforms is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Strong MS Office expertise (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Leadership skills to train and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.

Other Requirements

  • Must have personal transportation (car or bike).
  • High discipline, accountability, and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
