Manager - Corporate Sales

Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B corporate revenue through sponsorships, partnerships, advertising, and event participation. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to close strategic corporate deals aligned with FutureTech Media’s platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close corporate sales opportunities for events, awards, media, and digital platforms
• Pitch sponsorship, branding, advertising, and partnership solutions to enterprises and brands
• Build and manage relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and marketing heads
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and event-based revenue targets
• Develop customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure sponsor satisfaction
• Identify new corporate accounts and expand existing partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, media sales, or event sponsorship sales
• Proven ability to close mid to large-ticket corporate deals
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (560000)
