The budgeted hiring range for this position is $89,600-$100,800.

Position Summary:

The incumbent will manage key executive's social media profiles and execute a broad social media plan to increase and enhance visibility and knowledge of NEG's senior executives, with content directed both externally and internally. The incumbent will work closely with marketing and communication leaders to create a Nightingale Education Group social media presence and unify the Executive Council's brand and profiles.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create Nightingale Education Group's social media profiles.
  • Develop and curate content for C-level leadership on their various social media platforms, such as videos, graphics, news stories, etc.
  • Develop and launch social media campaigns on behalf of designated C-level participants.
  • Interact with stakeholders on social media, and respond appropriately to posts to develop discussions and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and technologies to create content relevant to individual social media accounts of senior leadership.
  • Monitor key competitors to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Monitor and address negative comments or reviews to maintain the company's and executive's reputation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (digital media, public relations, corporate communications, journalism).
  • Seven to ten years' experience in executive social media programs and activities.
  • Provable writing skill (portfolio will be required).

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
