We’re Hiring – Manager Costing & Budgeting (SAP S/4HANA FICO)We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our finance team as a Manager – Costing & Budgeting with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO.

Required Profile: Qualified member of ACCA / CA / ICMAPower user of SAP S/4HANA FICO ModuleStrong experience in Costing, Budgeting, and Management Reporting

Cost Centre Accounting

>Manage planning, allocation cycles, assessments, and distributions

>Monitor actual vs plan vs forecast costs and investigate variances

>Control overheads, production costs, and operating expenses

>Ensure correct primary and secondary cost postings from FI to CO

Product Cost Planning (Standard & Actual Costing)

<Manage cost components, BOM, routing, and activity price calculations

<Analyse production variances (price, usage, mix, yield)

<Support month-end activities, including WIP, variance calculation, and settlement.

Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis / CO-PA)

> Analyse customer, product, region, and channel profitability

>Ensure proper mapping of SD billing, discounts, rebates, and freight

>Support management with gross margin and contribution analysis

CO Period-End Closing

<Execute and control overhead allocations

<Manage activity allocations<Handle WIP & variance calculation

<Ensure accurate settlement to FI/inventory/profitability

<Excellent communication and presentation skills for management reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs325,000.00 - Rs380,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
