Manager - Courier Services

Industry: Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Location: Qatar

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Courier Services industry.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of courier operations, last-mile delivery, transportation, and distribution networks.
• Experience in managing courier service teams, fleet operations, and customer service functions.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily courier service operations.
• Ensure timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor operational performance and service quality standards.
• Lead and supervise courier, dispatch, and operations teams.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding departments.
• Manage client relationships and address operational concerns.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
