The Manager - Creative Design will play a key role in developing and executing the brand strategy across all our markets. Based in Jordan, the role holder will be the central coordinator for creative development, ensuring consistent brand expression and high-quality execution across campaigns, brand assets, onsite merchandising, CRM, and performance marketing.\
The Manager – Creative Design will lead consumer research initiatives, manage creative agencies and production partners, and collaborate with internal teams — including the studio team, CRM, and performance marketing — to deliver impactful campaigns and brand experiences.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy & Developmen t
•Support the Director of Digital Marketing in defining and evolving the company’s brand positioning, tone, and identity.
•Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and markets.
•Localize brand communications to suit regional market nuances while maintaining global coherence.
Creative & Campaign Coordination
•Act as the main liaison between the marketing team, studio, and creative agencies.
•Brief, manage, and approve creative work for campaigns, brand assets, vehicle branding, stunts, and activations.
•Oversee production of marketing materials for CRM, onsite merchandising, and performance marketing channels.
•Ensure creative output meets strategic goals, brand standards, and business timelines.
Consumer Research & Insights
•Lead the development and execution of consumer and market research projects.
•Translate insights into actionable brand strategies and creative briefs.
•Partner with analytics and strategy teams to monitor brand performance, awareness, and perception metrics.
Agency & Vendor Management
•Manage relationships with creative, production, and research agencies — from brief to delivery.
•Oversee agency budgets, scopes, and performance to ensure efficiency and quality.
•Drive innovation by fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
Brand Experience & Activations
•Coordinate cross-market activations, brand stunts, and events in partnership with local marketing teams.
•Collaborate on brand storytelling initiatives that build awareness and emotional connection with consumers.
•Support launch campaigns for new partnerships, verticals, and features
•Elevation of UX to a strategic business lever at the executive level.
•Achieve Order, AOV and GMV Target.
•Achieve Home Page Conversion Rate target, as well as Banner CTR, Banner CTT and orders through banners targets.
•Improve app NPS across iOS and Android journeys in all territories Functional/Technical
Competencies
• Adobe creative suite would be a plus

Minimum Qualifications/ Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
•MBA degree is a plus
Minimum Experience
•8+ years of experience in brand management, creative marketing, or integrated campaign management, preferably in E-commerce, FMCG, or tech/startups.
Skills
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative production workflows, and brand-building across multi-market environments.
•Proven experience managing creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
•Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and timelines.
•Analytical mindset with experience leveraging consumer insights and market research.
•Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
•Familiarity with the MENA market is a strong plus (language, culture, mobile behavior patterns).
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
