IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible to maintain KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation Quality), achieve conversion Targets to increase FF base, and complaints reduction (registration, repeated, denied complaints) by addressing core issues.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs (Copper/FF network).
• Achieve quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.
• Identify and implement Preventive Maintenance for Copper/FF networks to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure.
• Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• BS/ BE (Electrical/Telecom) / MS(Telecom Engineering) from HEC Recognized University
