IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

The position is responsible to maintain KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation quality) achieve conversion target to increase FF Base, complaints reduction (registration, repeat and denial) by addressing core issues.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs, (copper/ff network).
• Ensure quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.
• Identify and implement preventive maintenance for copper/FF network to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate mapping of Network Infrastructure.
• Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, Computer Science, Networking etc)

Experience:

• 3 to 4 Years of relevant experience is required.

Technical Competency:

• Network Operations & Management
• Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication
• Health & Safety Environment
