Job Summary

Jeeva Organic is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across international markets. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading business development initiatives, and contributing to the company’s global expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, market insight, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Jeeva Organic operates globally with 300+ employees across the USA, Canada, Egypt, and China, with offices in Dubai, Canada, and California, serving the organic ingredients industry worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new clients and strategic partners in domestic and international markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term value and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, negotiations, contracting, and closures.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sourcing, quality, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and MIS reports for senior management.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives to improve performance and capability.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in B2B sales and international business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of global markets and export-oriented businesses.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
