Job Summary
We are hiring a Manager – Customer Success with strong experience in AdTech and B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing global clients (preferably US market), driving revenue growth, reducing churn, and optimizing digital advertising performance through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in Customer Success
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AdTech industry
- Experience managing clients outside India (preferably US/America market)
- Strong technical understanding of digital advertising and programmatic platforms
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Ad Operations teams
- Candidate must have worked in an AdTech company in the last 3 years
- Stable career history (minimum 1+ year in current organization, no frequent job changes)
- Resume must include measurable achievements and performance metrics
- Candidates should research the company and industry before screening
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
- Understand client monetization goals and provide strategic recommendations
- Drive onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present actionable insights
- Monitor advertising KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Support pre-sales activities including demos and technical discussions
- Resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction and retention
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech (IT/CSE/ECE) with MBA preferred
- Experience in product demos, onboarding, and performance review presentations
- Strong analytical capability to interpret advertising performance data and build optimization strategies

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
