IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Be responsible for frontline execution of cybersecurity sales opportunities, supporting revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer retention within assigned accounts or territories. This role focuses on opportunity hunting, deal execution, and disciplined sales operations, directly contributing to Manager and Director-level revenue, pipeline, and margin KPIs.
This role is hands-on, target-driven, and customer-facing, with limited strategic authority and full accountability for execution.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Execution • Generate and qualify new security sales opportunities within assigned accounts • Maintain a minimum 1.5×–2× qualified pipeline against individual targets • Progress opportunities through defined sales stages with accurate documentation • Execute sales actions to meet quarterly and monthly targets ell defined cybersecurity offerings including network security, endpoint security, SOC services, IAM/PAM, SIEM/XDR, and cloud security • Conduct basic customer discovery to understand security gaps and compliance needs • Position solutions with clear value, risk reduction, and business impact • Work with presales to finalize solution scope, BoQs, and technical inputs.

Partner & OEM Coordination • Coordinate with cybersecurity OEMs and distributors for quotes and approvals • Support partner-led opportunities under defined governance frameworks • Assist in organizing joint customer sessions and campaigns.

Account Support & Customer Engagement • Manage day-to-day engagement with assigned customers • Support renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities for security services • Coordinate demos, PoCs, and customer meetings with presales and OEMs • Ensure timely response to customer queries and commercial clarifications.

Maintain accurate CRM entries for opportunities, contacts, and forecasts • Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and approval workflows

Commercial & Financial Awareness • Follow approved pricing and margin guidelines on all deals • Support collections follow-ups in coordination with AR teams.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or Business
Experience:

3-6 years relevant experience in ICT or cybersecurity
