Job Purpose:

To lead the organization’s data management and artificial intelligence initiatives by establishing data governance frameworks, developing analytics capabilities, and delivering AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute the Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation roadmap.
• Establish and oversee data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data quality controls.
• Lead the design and implementation of data architecture, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Oversee development of AI/ML models and advanced analytics solutions to generate business insights.
• Manage data lifecycle activities including data integration, cleansing, security, and compliance.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics for analytics initiatives and track value realization.
• Collaborate with business units to identify use cases for AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to data management.
• Lead and develop data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Evaluate and manage data technology vendors, tools, and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position.
