JOB FUNCTIONS

· Oversee day-to-day data centre infrastructure operations ensuring 99.99%+ uptime and Tier compliance.

· Manage BMS, DCIM, EPMS, and IoT tools for proactive monitoring and capacity planning.

· Optimise energy efficiency (PUE/CUE/WUE) and drive sustainability and cost optimization initiatives.

· Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, incident management, and RCA.

· Ensure disaster recovery readiness, business continuity, and cross-team coordination (IT, Network, CNOC).

· Maintain compliance with Uptime Tier, ISO, PCI-DSS, HSE standards and support audits.

· Manage vendors, SLAs, contracts, procurement, and AMCs to ensure service excellence.

· Lead and develop 24x7 operations teams, driving innovation, automation, and future-ready data centre strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/mechanical/IT Engineering or related discipline.

· Min 6 - 10– years’ experience in data center operations, facility management, or critical infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Proven expertise in Tier-III or Tier-IV certified facilities.

· Certifications preferred: CDCP, CDCS, CDCM, Uptime ATD/ATS, PMP, ITIL, ISO Lead Auditor, CISSP/CISM (for hybrid IT-DC environments).
