About The Role:
The Manager, Demand Planning owns the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the demand forecast, serving as the primary interface between Commercial and Supply Chain functions. This role leads the creation of statistically driven, consensus-based demand plans using historical trends, commercial inputs, and analytical insights. The resulting forecasts serve as the foundation for supply, inventory, and financial planning decisions. This position acts as the subject matter expert for demand planning processes, leads IBP Demand reviews and AOP forecasting activities, and is accountable for forecast accuracy, bias management, and planning assumptions.
