Manager, Department of Transportation and Public Works Right of Way (Acquisition)

This position will manage all right-of-way acquisition activities, including appraiser selections and reports, coordinating administrative settlements and right-of-way closings, eminent domain activities, conducting meetings and negotiations, approving right-of-way certifications, creating, and maintaining detailed schedules and cost estimates for right-ofway acquisition projects
