About the role The Manager, Digital Creative owns the visual design and execution of site experience content (campaign and marketing pages, merchandising modules, and inline content blocks) and provides creative direction for digital design. You will produce and oversee digital creative solutions to address our marketing and ecommerce needs while ensuring consistency and cohesion of the brand’s look and feel across the site. The Manager will lead, inspire, and develop a team of talented creatives and ensure the design team promotes Rejuvenation by delivering high-quality content within established deadlines. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, style, and layout techniques.
Responsibilities
- Own creative direction and quality for site design deliverables, ensuring work is on-brand, on brief, and optimized for performance and conversion.
- Design high-quality digital content, including site landing pages, digital advertising, illustrations, and infographics.
- Manage a team of graphic designers by providing creative reviews, career development, and prioritization of projects based on business needs.
- Oversee the presentation of final creative concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
- Coordinate with Site Operations and front-end developers to ensure delivered assets are technically accurate and to hand off clean, production-ready files for implementation.
- Create and maintain visual systems, templates, and reusable component libraries for marketing pages and inline content blocks to scale design across the site.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Ecommerce departments to bring marketing plans and site strategies to life.
- Analyze content performance and optimize creative for business outcomes.
- Stay current on digital design, merchandising trends, and best practices for ecommerce visual storytelling.
Required skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of professional visual/graphic design experience, with experience in ecommerce or direct marketing environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring designers and delivering cross-channel digital creative at scale.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and strong production skills to deliver web-ready assets.
- Experience creating and maintaining visual systems, templates, or component libraries for marketing and site experiences.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with a site-design portfolio that includes marketing pages, merchandising content, and campaign assets.
- Strong creative vision with an eye on business objectives and an awareness of evolving consumer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (ecommerce, front-end developers, marketing, photography, merchandising).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to align creative choices with business
objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience for the web.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Airtable, Jira).
- Familiarity with site analytics (Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and conversion optimization.
