Overview:
Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and oversee the design requirements.You will play a significant role in ideating and executing brand campaigns and adding value to the same by creating high-quality designsand create appealing designs using various design styles, layout techniques, color themes, fonts, and icons. Should also be able to guide the Junior Graphic Designers in conceptualizing and creating excellent designs. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you should help to promote our company's vision and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Design graphic assets like icons, illustrations, or patterns for websites, blogs, articles, infographics, ebooks, whitepapers, and landing pages.
  • Research and brainstorm various design ideas for content and marketing.
  • Review the work submitted by Junior Designers and share your feedback.
  • Ensure all created designs follow the brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing team to understand the project or campaign requirements.
  • Help the management with the recruitment process.
  • Compile and manage a design style guide to help the team understand the brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated about the latest developments in the design industry
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of Experience in relevant industry with Design tools like Adobe illustratior, after effects, photoshop, print and digital.
  • Drawing skill: trace accurately with a good line
  • Patience: be methodical and thorough, taking care to rotoscope well so as to help to produce a high-quality final image
  • Knowledge of programs: be adept at using relevant programs such as Photoshop
  • Delivery: work well with strict deadlines, be able to complete work under pressure
  • Taking initiative: observe what’s happening, be pro-active, ask questions at the appropriate time
  • Highly collaborative : works well with others, including Marketing services teams, internal marketing stakeholders and external suppliers, to deliver results
  • Highly organized and responsive: with ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
  • Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources and is an exceptional story-teller.
  • High degree of understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and how to bring business performance insights to life visually
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows OS, PC accessories, Email, Internet/Web search or equivalent products
  • Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment with a firm grasp of spelling and grammar
