What is Manager Digital Growth & Analytics - MMBL?


Drive deep analysis of digital performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform data-driven decisions across the full customer journey. Build and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and experiments while partnering with Product, Business, Marketing, and Engineering to shape and optimize growth, engagement, and retention strategies.


What Manager Digital Growth & Analytics Does - MMBL?


  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital performance metrics, including DAU, MAU, retention, conversion, churn, and revenue, to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Develop and manage analytics frameworks, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to monitor performance across the customer lifecycle and conversion funnel.
  • Conduct business and customer behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and strategic improvement areas.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across digital banking platforms to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Partner with Product teams to implement growth initiatives, feature enhancements, loyalty programs, referral mechanisms, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize user journeys, onboarding experiences, conversion rates, and monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns while improving ROI and reducing customer acquisition costs.
  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and impact assessments to support product enhancements, digital investments, and market opportunities.
  • Utilize customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive analytics to improve personalization, enhance customer lifetime value (LTV), and reduce churn.
  • Continuously evaluate digital channel performance, recommend optimization opportunities, and coordinate execution with cross-functional stakeholders.


What are we looking for and what does it take to be Manager Digital Growth & Analytics - MMBL?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Growth, Performance Management, or a similar role within a fast-paced technology, fintech, or digital environment.
