Manager: Digital Infrastructure, Marketing & Zoho CRM Strategy

The Manager of Digital Infrastructure, Marketing & Zoho CRM Strategy is a visionary yet hands-on leader responsible for designing and executing the technology architecture that powers a national weight-loss and wellness company across in-person coaching centers, virtual e-commerce coaching, and future growth in physician affiliate channels. This role will lead the implementation of a scalable Zoho CRM solution, oversee rebranding and redevelopment of the website and webstore on a modern commerce platform, and ensure full integration across all operational, marketing, and client touchpoints.

This leader and digital strategist blends expertise in Zoho CRM systems, web technology, data migration, SEO/SEM, POS support, and marketing automation to deliver an integrated, high-conversion client experience and strong ROI across all channels.

ZohovCRM Design & Implementation: ○ Architect and implement a scalable CRM platform (e.g., Zoho) from the ground up to support brick-and-mortar centers, virtual coaches and e-commerce, and physician affiliates.

○ Collaborate with vendors to oversee data migration from legacy systems (e.g., CounterPoint POS), ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of all client and transactional data.

○ In conjunction with CRM Manager, design user-friendly dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting tools tailored for sales, coaching, and operational staff.

● Website/Webstore Rebuild: ○ Lead the rebranding and rebuild of the corporate website and webstore using a scalable platform such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Zoho Commerce.

○ Ensure seamless integration with CRM, POS, e-commerce, virtual coaching tools, and affiliate partner portals.

○ Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve site functionality, UX, conversion optimization, and technical SEO.

● Technology Integration & Support: ○ Oversee integrations with texting and email marketing platforms, digital smart scales, and client image capture tools for comprehensive digital recordkeeping.

○ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support CounterPoint POS and unify customer data across all systems.

○ Partner with IT and Marketing to automate drip campaigns and lifecycle marketing journeys.

● Data Analytics & Performance Tracking: ○ Co-develop actionable analytics dashboards and reports in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).

○ Track and analyze key KPIs across channels—conversion, retention, campaign ROI, LTV, etc.—and provide insights to leadership.

● Team Leadership & Collaboration: ○ Manage and mentor CRM Manager, Operations Support Specialist and third party webstore support staff.

○ Collaborate with the Marketing department on campaign implementation, branding consistency, and audience segmentation.

○ Serve as cross-departmental liaison, translating business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics:

● Zoho CRM Adoption & Conversion: Target: Full CRM adoption across all centers and partners within 6 months; lead conversion increase of 15% YOY.

● Website/Webstore Performance: Target: 90+ Lighthouse performance score, <2 sec load time, 20% increase in online conversion rate post-launch.

● Data Integrity & Migration Accuracy: Target: 98%+ clean data migration from legacy systems.

● SEO/SEM ROI: Target: Maintain >5:1 ROAS on digital ad spend and grow organic traffic by 30% in 12 months.

● System Uptime and Integration Success Rate: Target: 99.5%+ uptime with seamless syncing between all platforms (POS, CRM, webstore, comms tools).

Required Skills & Experience:

● 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT/CRM/Web Development roles, with leadership responsibility.

● Proven track record of Zoho CRM implementation, data migration, and digital transformation in a multi-location or franchise business model.

● Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Zoho Commerce) and modern web development best practices.

● Experience with POS systems, particularly integration support (CounterPoint experience is a plus).

● Deep working knowledge of digital marketing tools (GA4, Power BI, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Google Ads, SEO tools).

● Experience integrating hardware devices (digital scales, imaging tools) with client platforms preferred.

● Excellent leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
