Manager Digital Lab

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Digital Media Production, Film/Animation, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in digital content production, multimedia development, or managing creative/technical production teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in video editing, animation pipelines, audio engineering, AV production, and post-production workflows.
• Proven track record of managing digital labs, production studios, or multimedia teams

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage daily operations, production timelines, and resource allocation within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong understanding of multimedia workflows including pre-production, production, and post-production sequences.
• Ability to collaborate with curriculum specialists, IT teams, instructional designers, and external partners.
• Expertise in reviewing and ensuring quality control of video, animation, and audio deliverables.
• Knowledge of digital production infrastructure including editing suites, sound studios, recording gear, and content optimization systems.
• Capacity to troubleshoot technical issues related to audio/video capture, rendering, encoding, and platform compatibility.
• Ability to conduct training and capacity-building for staff on emerging digital tools and production techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to prepare dashboards, risk logs, performance reports, and improvement strategies for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with data protection protocols, safe content guidelines, and digital storage/archiving practices.
• Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend studio upgrades or workflow improvements.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely delivery across multiple content streams (LMS, apps, offline kits).
