Manager - Digital Services Operations & Support | UAE National

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the operation and support of digital services at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai. The role oversees smart applications, digital channels, self-service devices, AI platforms, and data science solutions to ensure seamless service delivery and business continuity.

Responsibilities

Manage digital assets, licenses, and access rights.

Oversee service operations, requests, and incidents in line with SLAs.

Lead supplier performance, risk assessments, and compliance with IT governance.

Support AI and digital platforms, ensuring availability and reliability.

Prepare and monitor the annual budget for the section.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in IT or a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO20000, and service management best practices.
