Job Overview:
We’re looking for someone passionate about workplace diversity, inclusion, equity, and making workplaces better for everyone. As part of Titan’s DEIB team, you’ll help run programs and initiatives, work with teams across the company, and bring fresh energy to how we talk about and live inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:

Program management: Lead or assist in designing and executing outcome-based, end-to-end DEIB programs and initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Cohort-based engagement and community building: Lead connects with specific employee cohorts and build communities through groups, creating safe spaces for dialogue, support, and shared learning.

DEI Communication: Lead and support the creation and distribution of org-wide/cohort specific DEIB communications across internal and external platforms (newsletters, Viva Engage, SharePoint, social media, WhatsApp).

Awareness & Learning: Drive uptake and support training (in-person & e-learning), events, recognition and campaigns like IWD, Pride, and Cafeteria Dialogues to foster inclusive behavior's

TA partnership: Collaborate with TA/PBPs to improve representation of underrepresented groups in BUs.

Documentation, Tracking and Reporting: Track and report uptake across programs and policies, gather feedback and input and measure impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DEI SPOCs, PBPs, partners, and HR functions to align and embed DEI into systems, policies, and workflows.

Operations & Budgeting: Support budgeting, internal and external coordination, and invoicing for DEI programs.
Who we’re looking for:

You’ve studied HR, social sciences, psychology, business, or something similar or you bring relevant experience from other paths.

You care deeply about making workplaces better for everyone. You’re comfortable talking to people from different backgrounds and roles, and you're able to build trust, collaborate and get things done even when you're not the decision-maker in the room.

Strong communication and community building is a big part of this role. You should be confident in writing and storytelling, helping shape DEI engagement campaigns for building communities, internal posts, and messages that move people.

You have a basic understanding of DEI and are curious to learn more.

You’re great at juggling multiple projects with speed and managing your time well

You’re outcome-oriented - you focus on impact, not just activity. You can design and manage programs end-to-end, ensuring they deliver meaningful, measurable results rather than just outputs.

Most importantly, you're eager to learn, grow, willing to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that's building something meaningful.
