Job Description:

We are seeking a Manager – Education (UAEN) to oversee the Education activities in alignment with the corporate strategy, handle organizational environmental awareness campaigns, and build a positive attitude, and behavioral change (internally and externally) towards the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop all the Education programs and activities to align with corporate strategies and goals.
• Prepare an effective Education program with different external entities encompassing environment, community, and marketplace issues.
• Establish positive and collaborative relationships with key institutions both private and governmental.
• Manage relationships with schools, universities, and corporates.
• Create engaging learning resources and supporting materials for all Education programs and events.
• Evaluate ongoing programs periodically to keep them up to date.
• Monitor and track all data records of the conducted education sessions to formulate insights on potential improvements.
• Create an internal program to engage internal stakeholders (Internal Awareness Program).
• Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Participate in environmental events to ensure that the education programs are well represented and promoted.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education, or Environmental Sciences
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Environmental best practices or a relevant field
• Experience in delivering and presenting workshops and training programs
• Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
